1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing our services or website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
   A Parent’s Dream Childcare LLC offers the following services:
3. Full-day childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 5-12 years old.
   Pre-kindergarten program
   Multicultural learning activities
   Parent support workshops
   Nutritious meal plans
4. Enrollment & Registration
   Parents must complete the registration process, including submitting required documentation and fees.
   Enrollment is based on availability, and we maintain a waitlist when necessary.
   A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a spot.
5. Payments & Fees
   Tuition payments are due prior to service.
   Refunds are not provided for absences, holidays, or weather-related closures.
   Failure to make payments will result in the suspension of services.
6. Attendance & Drop-Off/Pick-Up Policy
   Children must be dropped off and picked up within the agreed upon scheduled hours.
   Late pick-ups will result in additional charges. These fees are noted in the Provider-Parent Agreement.
   Only individuals listed on the Emergency Contact list are permitted to pick up children.
7. Health & Safety Policies
   Parents must provide updated immunization records upon enrollment and on-going.
   Children showing signs of illness must be kept home to prevent the spread of infections.
   In case of a medical emergency, we will contact parents/guardians immediately and seek medical care if necessary.
   Background checks are conducted for all employees.
8. 24-Hour Rule

When does the 24-Hour Rule Apply?

A child should stay home if they experience any of the following:

• Fever: Must be fever-free (below 100.4°F or 38°C) for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication (e.g., Tylenol, Motrin).
• Vomiting: Must be free from vomiting for 24 hours without medication.
• Diarrhea: Must have no diarrhea for 24 hours without medication.
• Antibiotic Treatment: If prescribed antibiotics for infections like strep throat or pink eye, they must be on the medication for at least 24 hours before returning.

Why is This Rule Important?

• Helps prevent the spread of contagious illnesses.
• Ensures children are well enough to participate in activities.
• Protects other students and staff from getting sick.

Parents should always check with their child’s school or daycare, as policies may vary. If symptoms persist, it is best to consult a healthcare provider.

9. Behavior & Discipline Policy
   We use positive reinforcement and redirection techniques for discipline.
   Aggressive or harmful behavior will be addressed with parents to develop a resolution plan.
   If a child’s behavior consistently disrupts the daycare environment, enrollment may be reconsidered.
10. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
    We collect personal information only for daycare operations and do not share it with third parties.
    All personal data is stored securely and used in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Termination of Services
    A Parent’s Dream Childcare LLC reserves the right to terminate services if:
    Payments are late.
    The child’s behavior endangers himself or others.
    Parents fail to comply with daycare policies.
    Parents may withdraw their child with a two weeks written notice.
12. Liability Disclaimer
    While we strive to provide a safe environment, A Parent’s Dream Childcare LLC is not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during normal childcare activities.
    Parents acknowledge that participation in daycare activities involves some level of risk.
13. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Parents will be notified of any major changes.
